Online LOD search

Our Data can be searched online with a subscription.

The link to our online portal is at http://data.blackbearddata.com/search-lod/

This permits a search to find either ownership data on an owner, or a lease. Once the result is found, a search can be made to find all the owners in another lease, or all the minerals owned by an owner.

It is a really powerful tool, that is simple to use.

We do not have data from the 1930′s, we start in 1997. The online LOD is searchable by county but you will need to also have either owner, operator, or lease information to perform a search. To get a better idea of how the online LOD search works you can sign up for a free trial account.

If you are able to, would you please tell me who owns the minerals on the southeast 80 acres in Section 35, Martin County, Texas. Ila Pollock, George Pollock, and Charlotte Park own at least one half ot the minerals on the 80 acres, but I would like to find out if anybody else owns half the minerals, because an oil map of the county shows only the name Willard Pollock–Ila Pollock’s late husband and George Pollock and Charlotte Park’s latel father. Thank you for any information you can share.

For people like myself who only have a small number of queries to run, do you offer a ‘per lease’ search price? Thank you.

I was awarded all tracts of my ex-husband’s mineral rights in our divorce. They are located in Texas and New Mexico. How can I find all the areas where I have mineral rights in both states? Some of them may not have been transferred from his mother’s name at the time of her death (as was the case with a plot that a landman recently contacted me about). Thanks
